It was a good stay.

Very close to Paris city center. We used metro to every place. But it was very fast and practical. We had a very good stay.

The room was a small but we had everything we needed.

Value for money because of the location and the breakfast l.

Location was perfect and the breakfast was really really good. I would only recommend faster refills on the things that had been run out of.

Staff, besides the guy who was working on 26/12 at night and 27/12 in the morning, didn’t speak English in a good level and were not very friendly. For example, I asked for an extra pillow for my room and the answer was ‘’I don’t think you can get one’. Also, when I asked if they were going to refill the croissants at the breakfast, the employee responded ‘ they are finished’ and turned the other way in a bad way.

The hotel is located right next to the train station Gare de l'est. It is the station that takes you to strassbourg. We took a family suite and it was odd number on the 7th floor, so we did not hear anything, no trains no street noise, nothing. Breakfast was great comparing to the price per night. Room was spacious, and water was always warm. Furthermore, they keept our luggage for 2 days after checkout for free.

The interior design looks a bit old and silly, but compared to the rate per night with the location, it is fair. No room service at night, no restaurant available or even staff to help with luggage.

Wouldn’t mind staying again due to location.

Location. Good breakfast. Conveniently located right next to the metropolitan so minutes away from Louvre and other attractions

Air conditioning was bad. It was more like a heater. Had to sleep without clothes and windows open to survive the night. According to the people at reception this was a well known problem for the whole building.

The breakfast was of a good standard with a wide choice .The tables were cleared and cleaned regularly.
